Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Product Condition: Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions, along with a return label if necessary.

Ship the Product: Carefully package the product and ship it according to the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after the item is received.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 additional days for the amount to appear in your account.

Defective Items: For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a refund or an exchange.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our site.
